The migration guide says there's some security adapt.

By changing the dependency version, when I use web3j-spring-boot-starter with spring boot 2.0.2, I've no more the health check exceptions due to wrong spring boot version.
In consul the health status of my microservice is DOWN, but at this time I can't figure out if the problem is due to web3j-spring-boot-starter health module.
