What this PR does / why we need it:
This PR adds dashes for the arguments
no-sandboxand rest as they are required for dockerized application.Without the dashes the arguments are not recognised.Special notes for your reviewer:
The issue affect only root users in docker container if the user is not root the argument is not required but is not applied anyway without the --
