Adds an Antora extension at
scripts/regions.js.The extension reads a json file from either a URL or local filepath and parses it into asciidoc tables to display cloud provider region information for the different Aura tiers.
The output is written to a partial file at
partials/regions-generated.adocand included inmanaging-instances/regions.adoc
