This update introduces an option in the chat input to disable the “Enter to Send” behavior.
When enabled, pressing Enter will insert a newline instead of sending the message — while Ctrl + Enter (or Cmd + Enter on Mac) still sends as usual.
The setting is stored using Tauri’s local store, so it’s remembered even after restarting the app.
Key changes:
Added a toggle checkbox below the input field.
Added handleKeyDown logic to differentiate between “send” and “newline” actions.
Integrated Tauri Store for saving the user’s preference.
Cleaned up event handling for smoother typing and sending experience.
Why this change:
Some users prefer to use Enter for line breaks, especially for longer messages or notes.
This small usability tweak improves typing comfort and flexibility across platforms.
