Changes
This PR restores the missing run_tests.sh script to the src/aws-diagram-mcp-server/ directory. Previously, the README.md instructed users to run this script to execute tests, but the file itself was not present in the repository.
User experience
Before: Users following the documentation instructions to run ./run_tests.sh would receive a "No such file or directory" error.
After: Users can successfully execute ./run_tests.sh to run the test suite, matching the behavior described in the documentation.
