Fix frame rate mismatch in PAG export

本次提交修复了AE导出插件的多个问题：
1、在AE导出插件导出合成的某些属性时，没有传入当前session的帧率，导致pag文件展示的效果的帧率与预期的帧率不符
2、 在AE导出插件导出颜色渐变效果时，没有传入关键参数导致的渐变效果不正确
3、遮罩图层相关问题
