Git提交信息助手

本插件是源码插件git-commit-message-helper的定制化版本，新增了一系列个性化配置功能。

安装方式

直接通过IDE插件管理器安装（File > Settings > Plugins > Marketplace > Git Commit Message Helper）

使用说明

如需个性化配置窗口样式，可在设置菜单中进行调整

如需自定义提交模板，可在设置中进行配置，模板引擎采用velocity

如需修改提交类型，可在设置中进行变更

如需修改任务平台，可在设置中进行变更

基于Apache License 2.0版本授权，除非符合许可证要求，否则不得使用本文件。
