Description

Refactored the Discord MCP Server Tools into a modular structure to improve maintainability and scalability. The update organizes functionality into distinct modules.

Bro we Already have a working discord server

I refactored Discord MCP to match the new mcp_servers/mixpanel/ structure.
It won’t break production or require any changes, just improves consistency.
