docs: mintlify migration updated

Note

Migrates documentation to a new Mintlify structure, reorganizing content (tracing, sessions/projects/metrics, integrations, SDKs) and adding REST API references, self‑hosting guides, and styling updates.

• Docs Platform Migration:
  • Move to Mintlify structure with frontmatter, new components (Frame, CardGroup, Tabs), updated internal links and assets.
  • Add global styling (docs/style.css).
• Content Reorganization:
  • New/updated pages for tracing (Overview, Projects, Sessions, Metrics) and a consolidated User Guide.
  • Refresh Prompt, Experiments, and Evals docs; update tutorial asset URLs.
• API & SDK References:
  • Add REST API reference pages (datasets, experiments, prompts, spans, traces, projects, users) and SDK sections (Python/TypeScript/OpenInference).
• Self‑Hosting:
  • New guides for configuration, auth/RBAC, email, management, and deployment (Docker, Kubernetes, Helm, AWS, Railway).
• Integrations:
  • Consolidate and expand provider/framework pages (OpenAI, Vertex, Bedrock, Anthropic, LangChain, LangGraph, LlamaIndex, MCP, etc.).
• Release Notes:
  • Restructure and expand release notes content and navigation.
