Leptos OIDC guide, settings for refresh

Hi, I was going over the guide for Rauthy in the Leptos OIDC repository.

It mentions the append refresh token setting:

It's not only mandatory to enable the refresh_token flow, it's also mandatory to append the refresh_token to the response.

I couldn't find this setting on the client settings page in Rauthy when trying the local_test container. Maybe there has been some change in Rauthy since. What would be a current functional equivalent?

That guide is outdated, yes. As long as you allow the refresh_token flow for a client, you will get them in the /token response. No need to set anything in addition. This has been simplified.
