Ensure tests can be uniquely identified

In order to ensure that tests can be uniquely identified, I suggest that the description of the test inside test file to be unqiue. This way we can uniquely identify any test based test file path and test desciption inside that file.

To be clear you are suggesting that the description needs to be unique within each test file, but not across test files (?)
Wouldn't it be better to add a test number or key that needs to be unique within a test file?
