Fix Dependency Convergence

The Dependency Convergence doesn't happen during local build but on CI.

@oliverlietz I do see this error on my local machine when trying to build

@glimmerveen , Thanks for checking. I found the issue, my local POM contained the latest Enforcer plugin (in prep for Java 25):

And it looks like Enforcer plugin 1.4.1 ignored case of rule names: DependencyConvergence vs dependencyConvergence
