Description

Currently in opAmp:

1. Connection settings hash is not computed (Hash: nil).
   A hash should be generated based on the settings.

2. Own settings
   Leaf nodes should automatically send their OwnMetrics, OwnTraces, and OwnLogs settings to the gateway so the gateway can aggregate and manage configuration correctly, rather than assuming the settings are unchanged.
