Add text decoration to ansi-to-react using CSS styles

Follow up of nteract/nteract#4875. We need to implement the same functionality when not using class names (_i.e.,_ when using the `style` prop).

We'll probably support just a few (_e.g._, bold, underline, and not blink or reverse).
