presence: Removal of number key support in LatestMap in v2.80 #25919

Presence LatestMap key type inaccurately allows number type for keys and will be removed.
Preparation References
number keys have always been converted to strings at runtime and could never be enumerated. Any explicit specifications of number or literal number for Keys generic should be removed.
