[CI] Publish latest schema to repo website #412
Description
Current Behavior
A blank website at https://schemas.meshery.io. Different constructs are published at different versions (e.g. v1alpha1, v1beta2, and so on). It's difficult to know where to find the latest version.
Desired Behavior
Make it easy for people to find the latest version of any given construct (any given schema).
The release process already figures this out - figures out the latest version.
Implementation
As part of the release process, publish links to the latest versions of the schemas.
