Problem: The onMouseLeave event was only attached to the tool title area, so when the mouse moved into the expanded content, it would trigger the collapse immediately.

Solution: Moved the hover detection (onMouseEnter/onMouseLeave) from the inner tool title container to the outer Flexbox container in the Inspector component. This way, the hover state encompasses both the tool title AND the expanded content area.

Changes made in: /src/features/ChatList/Messages/Group/Tool/Inspector/index.tsx

• Moved onMouseEnter and onMouseLeave handlers from the inner tool flexbox to the outer container
• Now the functionCall result box will stay expanded as long as the mouse remains within either the title area or the expanded content area

Result: Users can now hover over a functionCall, have it expand, scroll down within the expanded content, and it won't auto-collapse as long as the mouse stays within the functionCall area.
