Builds fail due to anti-scraper/anti-AI software at texlive.info

texlive.info deployed https://github.com/TecharoHQ/anubis which prevents GitHub builds from downloading archives from https://texlive.info/tlnet-archive/

Currently, I'm not aware of any workaround.
