With Azure now having multiple national clouds (see link: https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/entra/identity-platform/authentication-national-cloud), code has been updated to allow parameter graph_url.
This will allow users to use other graph urls including :
With graph url defaulted to https://login.microsoftonline.com, this will not have backward compatibility issues. This should also resolve the following issue: #784
