Support the free-threaded build and upload cp313t wheels

This may depend on support in mypyc for building free-threaded extensions, see mypyc/mypyc#1038.

For now, the none-any wheel seems to install fine.

It would be a nice addition. However, as you have probably guessed already, charset-normalizer is completely powerless for that matter. We are closely watching changes over at mypyc.

We would assess and integrate it to the cibuildwheel once we are convinced of his stability.

@Ousret mypyc 1.18.1 added experimental support for free-threading, so this should be possible now.

I don't have much time to test it. If you are willing to, show that it work properly and is stable using all the nox sessions (performance, tests, and integration). Also look at memory consumption to be sure.

I'm looking into this (even if closed), currently integration tests fails on niquests as it requires brotlicffi, which itself cannot be built yet:

ValueError: `py_limited_api='cp314'` not supported. `Py_LIMITED_API` is currently incompatible with `Py_GIL_DISABLED`. See https://github.com/python/cpython/issues/111506.

I believe there might also be a bug in nox, that get confused when I'm in a 3.14t environment, and say it can't find the 3.14 env:

RuntimeError: failed to find interpreter for Builtin discover of python_spec='python3.14'

But that just requires to run the test sessions independently.

If not mistaken, the PR that ran https://github.com/ngoldbaum/brotlicffi/actions/runs/18665341013/job/53215253213 is misleading. Nox seems to have a bug or I missed something.
Freethreaded is not used during the runtime:

• 3.12.10-final-0
• 3.11.9-final-0
• 3.10.11-final-0
• 3.9.13-final-0

nox probe for interpreters and does not target the matrix version nor does it find the freethreaded build.

Thanks for noticing! I hadn't yet looked closely at the Windows builds. I'll be sure to fix that before doing an upstream PR for the free-threaded builds.
