I get an error installing 0.9.1 and the same error if I call 'zpm " enable -map -globally"' Undefined *tDBDir

I have attached the file from the install. When I try to enable the map globally as recommended, It fails with this.

I believe zpm is installed correctly (it says it is) but we don't install in %SYS so it can't be used. Any ideas on how to fix this so that I can actually use zpm?
