Determining who to recruit for the FAQ Supporting My Projects - General Comprehension Usability Testing.
Dogfooding testing rather than testing with the stakeholder end users, as it will be beneficial to have a fresh user group to test that is naive to the terms and site they will be tested on. This will provide more generalized results that unfamiliar parties to the site will be able to understand.
Internal testing/Dogfooding is more compatible with UXR team capacity at this stage of development. Additionally, it will be beneficial to have a fresh user group to test that is naive to the terms and site they will be tested on to have more generalized results that unfamiliar parties to the site will be able to understand.
