How to make bottom sheet change ONE index per swipe

Let's say I have a bottom sheet with 3 indexes.

If I swipe fast and far - bottom sheet might change its' index from 3rd to 1st, skipping 2nd index (and vice versa).

What I want to achieve is to force user to do one swipe per index change, so he wouldn't be able to skip an index between.

So, if I'm on 3rd index, I make a big swipe and I get to the 2nd index. Then I make another swipe and get to the 1st index. (instead of jumping from 3rd to 1st)
