Graph edges implementation

Hey there, love this project!

I'm looking into implementing the link detection for the graph API endpoint and wanted to check if you had any specific graph format/contract in mind.

Plan was to just parse the all the notes for the links and map them to { source, target }.

I've not contributed to an open source project before and my python is a bit rusty, but this seemed like a decent bite-sized task I could cut my teeth on. Plus I want the functionality haha

We could potentially cache the graph edges similar to how the tags are cached--and even abstract that caching functionality to cover both--but I'm not sure how necessary that is.

Also I'm up for taking a shot at pulling in a graphvis library like D3.js (or whatever you'd prefer) and adding a graph view to the frontend if that's a feature you're interested in

Yeah I have a few features like that in mind:

• graph (that's why the first stab at the api endpoint is there)
• backlinks to existing notes (might be simpler to start with)
• drawing support (some kind of canvas, either custom or using something like excalidraw)
• plugin to encrypt notes
  ...

I have quite a few things in mind, need to sort my ideas first and also have time. Will let you know.

Could also use the edges array to automatically update links when a note is moved/renamed or a folder is renamed.
