[Ktor] Use Ktor for WebDAV

[rfc2822]

As a first usage of Ktor that is not that critical then syncing, we can use it in the WebDAV package.

Also WebDAV doesn't have OAuth at the moment, which requires a bit more work to make it working with Ktor.
