Keymap that passes the filename to a program

Does anyone know how to create a keymap that passes the file into a program?:

nnoremap "<C-e>" ":!neomutt -a %<CR>" # mail current file where `%` is supposed to be the file path
nnoremap "<C-n>" ":!ripdrag "%" -x -n -A -H 200 2>/dev/null &<CR>" # drag an drop the current file where `%` is supposed to be the file path

Actually the issues section is for bug reports. Feature requests should be placed in the Discussions section.
