Open file in another sheet (not in a new file)

I'm not sure if the function doesn't exist or I just can't find it. I want to open a file in another sheet. But with the “load” command I open a new file and the old file is closed. Am I missing something?

No. You have to first :newsheet "sheetname" and then load the file..

That doesn't work for me. I open a file a.sc. If I then enter the command newsheet “sheetname” and try to open a new file with load b.sc, the message "Changes were made since last save. Use “!” to force the load". If I then force the load with “!”, I end up with only the new file (b.sc) as Sheet1, the old content of Sheet1 (a.sc) is gone and the newly created second sheet is also gone.
