Boilerplate or base project?

Hey!
Do you want to keep this project as a boilerplate, or a base project that anyone can install from npm registry?
I created a nice plan to migrate it to become an npm package;

     ☐ Move all current pages to pages/example directory               
     ☐ Create src/index.ts to export components, composables, and utils
     ☐ Update package.json for NPM package distribution
     ☐ Create vite.config.lib.ts for library build
     ☐ Create clean default navigation config without example pages
     ☐ Remove/update router configuration to not include example routes
     ☐ Create documentation for using example pages
     ☐ Create example project structure showing how to use the base UI
     ☐ Update README with NPM package usage instructions
     ☐ Create build scripts for both development and library builds
     ☐ Setup TypeScript declarations export
     ☐ Create example project showing real usage

The new project structure will be;

I have never published an npm package. If we change the current project, what operations should I do?

Can we publish a command line tool to allow users to change this project to a clean one?
