Fix eno_126_3.5 + added two turbines with a different height

Changes proposed in this Pull Request

• added .yaml in the name of the turbines files
• Added a version of Vestas v112 3MW with a heigher hub and added a version of the eno with a lower one (conform to the specification)

Didn't we already add he ENO turbines a few weeks ago?
I don't see a difference there, other than we forgot the .yaml extension with the other files (i.e. we need to git mv them).

What about the Vestas turbine, is that the same as the Vestas_V112_3MW that we already have?
