Upgrade to latest webtop

Given that everything changed in the new KasmVNC setup for the latest Linux webtop, we need to upgrade the balancer again.
Tasks in this ticket:

• pin to a very recent version of the webtop in our k8s manifests
• update the balancer to be compatible with the webtop

Sure! Note: we already have the latest webtop container in use as https://hub.docker.com/layers/jeroenwillemsen/wrongsecrets-desktop-k8s/1.12.8/images/sha256-736cd6c838d6f802de869be33a57d3a889ecb97636a73a05ba78195c6a62250a so the work that remains is making sure that this version is pinned in the ctf manifest and that the balancer works well with it.

@commjoen , I have pinned the latest webtop container in the k8s manifest and tested the balancer by running the tests in the wrongsecrets-balancer dir.
Is there someother way in which I need to test the balancer?

hi @Krishnaag23 the easiest way to test it, is by setting up the environment and do actual testing! you can do this by running https://github.com/OWASP/wrongsecrets-ctf-party/blob/main/build-and-deploy-minikube.sh or by running https://github.com/OWASP/wrongsecrets-ctf-party/blob/main/build-and-deploy-container-minikube.sh
After that, you go the the address specified (e.g. localhost:4000) and create a team there. Then the desktop team environment should come up.
