Combining filters in a calculation

Seems like this should return three results rather than four. Is there a way to combine 'Other' and 'TBD' in a single 'Solicit' result? Thanks again.

So to add a bit more detail on what I am trying to accomplish, I need to combine the values in the Solicit column of the Opportunity table. The values landing in this column have five possible values. 'Restricted' and 'F&O' are the primary values.
We then have 'TBD', 'Other' and 'Unsolicited.' I need to have the latter three combined into a single segment in my Pie Chart. This combination will then be displayed.

I'm sure that there is a way to do this either using Handlebars or somehow in JavaScript. I just haven't uncovered that just yet. Any help would be appreciated.
