Enable ProGuard for release builds #336

This enables ProGuard (R8) for release builds to obfuscate and minify the code. This helps to reduce the app size and makes it harder to reverse engineer. The following changes were made: - Set `isMinifyEnabled` to `true` in `app/build.gradle.kts` for the `release` build type. - Added ProGuard rules to `app/proguard-rules.pro` to keep data and model classes from being obfuscated. This is necessary to prevent crashes related to serialization and reflection.
